On May 25, 2015, Bishop Ma Yinglin hosted the religious delegation of Kazahstan leading by vice minister of culture and sport of the republic Kazakhstan，Mr. Marat Azilkhanov.
Bishop Ma gave the delegation a general introduction about the historical and pastoral development of the Catholic Church in China. Then, the vice minister introduced the religious situation of Kazakhstan. They expressed their gratitude for the hospitality of the CCPA and BCCCC, and looked forward to establish more communications with the Chinese Catholic Church in the future .
Cui Jian from public diplomacy department of the Chinese embassy in Kazakhstan, Xue Hui from State Administration for Religious Affairs of P.R.C, Mr. Liu Yuanlong, Bishop Guo Jincai, Fr.Yang Yu and the director of foreign affairs department of CCPA and BCCCC attended the meeting.
