On April 3 to 8, 2016, Hubei Catholic Patriotic Association and Hubei Church Affairs Commission together organized a retreat for the nuns around Hubei province. Forty-six sisters from different religious institutes and societies joined the retreat. Fr. Li Jianping of Tianjin Diocese was invited to lead the retreat.
The topic of the retreat is “God is Love”. Through this retreat, it reminded all the participants to pay great attention to the Bible, and to read and get familiar with the Bible, and let the Bible be the guide of their consecrated life.
The Vice president of CCPA, the superior general of Wuhan convent, Sr.Wulin personally arranged and participated in retreat.
This provincial nuns retreat has received strong support from the Catholic Zhong Nan seminary.
