On April 4 to 8, 2016, leading by Bishop Lv Peisen, some priests of Shandong province organized by Shandong Catholic Patriotic Association and Church Affairs Commission, made a pilgrimage to Chongqing and Sichuan province.
First, they came to HongYan of Chongqing, and visited Prison Zhazi and White Residence prison site. They also visited St. Joseph Church on Minsheng road & St. Theresa Church in Jiangbei. During they stayed in Chongqing, they had a meeting with the leading members of Chongqing Catholic Patriotic Association and Church Affairs Commission and some priests of the diocese.
Then, they drove to Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province, and started a pilgrimage and study tour to Dioceses of Leshan & Yibin. They also had a meeting and exchange with Bishops Lei Shiyin & Luo Xuegang.
